We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer an easy, no-hassle 30-day return policy for all online purchases.You may return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all original tags and packaging attached within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Important Guidelines for Intimate Apparel
Because confidence and comfort start with hygiene, we have strict quality control standards for returning intimate apparel:
- Try-On Policy: To ensure we only sell brand new, unworn merchandise, we ask that you try on new underwear (or any garment with a crotch) strictly over your own clean underwear.
- Hygiene Inspection: All returned garments are thoroughly examined. If we believe an item has been worn directly against the skin, we will not accept the return.
- Scents & Stains: Please avoid wearing perfume, deodorant, or makeup when trying on your purchase. Any garments returned with marks, stains, or scents will be considered non-returnable.
- Tags & Packaging: All original manufacturer’s tags and packaging must be perfectly intact.
Zivaldi reserves the right to refuse a return on any item that does not pass our hygiene and quality control examination.
How Refunds Work
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after receipt.
- Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Exchanges depend on product availability.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional non-returnable items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company as processing may take time. If still not received, contact us at [email protected].
Errors or Damaged Items
If incorrect merchandise was sent or you received a damaged item, notify us immediately. We will cover return shipping and replacement shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, scents, or missing tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.
