1. General questions

You can place an order on the site by adding your favorite item(s) to the shipping cart and proceeding to checkout. Please read and check your items carefully before submitting them. Once you have placed an order, it cannot be modified.

When you submit an order a confirmation email will be sent immediately. Another email will be sent to confirm the details of your order along with an estimated delivery date.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date and the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

We ship worldwide. Also, we offer free shipping worldwide on all orders above $75.
For the purchase below $75, shipping taxes and duties apply.

There are few reasons that we cannot accept your order. The reason can be:

     1. The goods are not available due to sold-out or discontinuation of the design.
     2. Your payment was not authorized.
     3. There has been a mistake in the pricing or description of the goods.

In such a scenario, we will send you an email notification that your order cannot be accepted and your payment will be refunded back to you within the next 24 hours.  

If unintentionally order the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. 

The preferred method of payment is PayPal. You can also use a debit or credit card.

2. Payment

We currently support USD for charging our customers.
If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency during order placement.

We may refuse or cannot process your order because of the following reasons:
     1. Your card or PayPal account does not give authorization for the payment.
     2. You do not meet our eligibility criteria.

3. Shipping

The total turnaround time is Processing time and Delivery time. Our standard/regular delivery takes 5-10 business days for United States and Canada, 14-21 days for Europe and 21-30 days for all other countries.

The estimated delivery date is set out in the confirmation email that is just an estimate and we do not guarantee the good to deliver on the same date.
BE AWARE, because of COVID-19 SITUATION, it can take up to 4 weeks.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is placed we will send you the confirmation email that contains an expected delivery date and a tracking number. From the time it leaves the facility to the time it gets to your door, you’ll always know where your package is.

Our policy involves deliveries signed by the person at the delivery address. If you are not home and there is no one to receive your delivery, please CONTACT US using the contact details at the top of our website page to arrange an alternative delivery.

Unless we and you agree otherwise, if we cannot deliver your goods, we’ll not be able to cancel the order and offer you a refund.

We offer free shipping WORLDWIDE on all orders over $75.

The orders below the purchasing price of $75 have to pay shipping taxes for their purchase.

4. Returns

We process returns with the following conditions:

     • All manufacturer tags and packaging must be intact.
     • The item shouldn't have been used in any way.
     • The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.
     • There should be no mark, stain, or scent on the garments to be accepted for return.

It takes 10 business days for your return/exchange to be processed after the package is received.
